POST SIZES:

• Feed posts: Facebook: 1080 x 1350 pixels - that's 4:5, vertical
• Feed posts: Instagram: 1080 x 1440 pixels - that's 3:4, vertical
• Stories and Reels: 1080 x 1920 pixels - 9:16, full screen
• In real-person terms: hold your phone the tall way, crop to 4:5 for feed posts, and skip the borders. Vertical takes up the most screen, and screen is attention.
